Ignition delivered a final animation of an LG phone as built and integrated by our team for this Roger’s banner ad. The motion of the phone and its displayed graphics were carefully sync’d to sound and music for maximum impact.
Ignition also provided Publicis/Rogers a novel user experience of being able to manipulate the phones to view them from any angle.
From actual phones, Ignition built five 3D models using in-house 3D scanning gear. In addition to building broadcast ready 3D assets, the team carefully constructed low resolution models and textures for use on the web. Using these completed 3D assets,
we developed a real-time user experience using Java and Flash based applications.
In collaboration with Publicis, Ignition put together the full presentation as shown on the website. This included dropdown menus, animation triggering and analytic components to measure usability of the 3D experience.
